Laurg visits Morgantown.

I was browsing Laurg's LiveJournal the other day and came across the entry from when she visited my apartment, just two months into the lease. All the rooms were fairly empty, but it was fun, just the same. She left with a pretty thorough taste of what Morgantown had to offer.

Oh man!
Oh man oh man oh man!

Just got back from Morgantown. Wow, was that fun. So many stories to tell!
Let me introduce this with a quote from Shallonjo,
"I didn't think West Virginia had anything to offer till I got here." :P As in places to shop and eat and...go! All very nice :D


That was just the intro. The enclosure itself was just a day-by-day account of how things went (she really seemed to have enjoyed herself), but I was using it as a lead-in for this photo album I created.

Lord, do I miss her.

Laurg On The Levee

This is my favorite [recent] collection of Laurg photos...over my Thanksgiving break, we were walking around downtown Charleston when we opted to go down by the river. While sitting on the stone steps, she decided to take out her sheet music (she was carrying her guitar case) and share what she'd learned. She was really enthusiastic about doing so, and I was -- of course -- really impressed.
